The main quest line will be probably around 50-70h, rest of the content might be challenges, different routes, subquests etc. which is important to keep more hardcore playerbase; i would be really suprprised if there wouldn’t be same plan for releasing dlc’s as for first game.
The keyword here is “fully complete”.
