I mean considering this gen is really only starting leave last gen behind as of right now I don’t see the need.
With nintys new console hopefully coming soon I wouldn’t fancy having to buy 3 new boxes.
The ps5 and xsx are more than powerful enough, devs just needs to ditch cross gen and go full blown current gen.
And xbox bringing a 3rd console into the mix would just make things even harder for devs to get games out so hopefully it doesn’t happen.
Will we see mid-generation console refreshes again?
