Hopefully we start seeing big progress in AI across the industry. We’ve only gotten incremental upgrades to AI since the 7th gen.
Imagine playing something like Rainbow Six’s terrorist hunt mode where the AI think like humans. Or something like Alien Isolation where the xenomorph is even more lifelike in both logic and hearing abilities. Human-like AI could transform stealth games like Hitman, Assassin’s Creed, Sniper Elite, etc.
