It’s not only Spencer , It’s MS and Xbox. But yea Phil is a greasy used car salesman . If they replace Phil it would be the same thing until MS and Xbox changes there entire philosophy of Embrace , Extend , Extinguish. That’s what they are trying to do buying as many muiltplat publishers as possible .
Extinguish the competition so you have to go to Xbox to get games instead of creating games with their endless money supply .
It’s really sad because if they hired some real creatives and had a focus on furthering the industry and growing a culture of making games instead of Embrace , Extend , Extinguish they could be In a totally different position .
I want nothing to do with xbox the way they are now and I doubt they change their culture and philosophy any time in the decade and most likely much longer .
