People saying, “Nintendo gets a pass” also saying it’s last gen hardware, probably haven’t played the game.
Compared to the OG release it looks amazing, and it also runs @ 60fps, just like it did on Gamecube. Well worth the purchase.
It is an excellent game, and set the bar for FPS, even though technically, it wasn’t a FPS.
The opening is heart pounding. So many Nintendo games are a step above the rest! Only RE4, had an opening that made me panic, as much as Metroid Prime. It still does.
The sequel to BOTW, will no doubt use all of the power Switch has. It should be AMAZING! Some Switch games look like they have the power of the OG PS4 or Xbox One. Nintendo uses their hardware to the max.
That being said, Switch 2 needs to be announced. Also, Switch needs a price drop. At least $40 across the board. People who own one would buy another, just for convenience.
Either way, Switch will soon be the #1 console, in terms of sales, ever.
