Well, I mean you need a PS5 first. PSVR2 is a high end VR headset with performance above headsets costing $1500 and more, not to mention a high end PC to connect them to. So the real question is whether VR is something you are interested in. Price wise, you are looking at a great deal.
Two games you are interested in is plenty for a launch line up usually because by the time you play them, more is coming out. If PSVR2 was a console, this launch line up is unheard of.
