The whole point of metahuman is that it makes it much less time consuming and difficult to achieve this level of fidelity. I do doubt that it’s possible for current systems to handle characters this detailed while rendering a fully interactive world, though. For a highly on-rails game like Hellblade it makes sense, but I think we’ll mainly only see models this nice in cutscenes — if at all — for other UE5 titles.
