100% agreed, this notion that you have to own something in order to enjoy it is such an archaic way of thinking, especially when it comes to media such as video games.
I’ve personally enjoyed more games through rental services like Gamefly and Game Pass, games I would have never purchased or tried through lack of interest or other financial obligations. But also extremely surprised by how much fun I had with most of the game I tried out through the service on a whim.

Yes, we’ve been hearing about this increase since Game Pass launched in 2017. It probably will go up in price as everything in life does, but the amount of games offered will still be cheaper than if you bought each one individually.
