Bethesda has always been ridiculous with this.
I remember the whole “Scrolls” fiasco from years ago.
You shouldn’t be able to copyright simple words.
The only issue is the studios they went after would have never survived the financial burden of fighting them to keep the name. That’s how big companies get the little guy – war of attrition.
