if the jailbreak is undetectable by sony, you can still use the store / multiplayer etc etc
but if its not undetectable, expect to be banned / lose all your games attached to your account / lose your PS+ subscription, and say goodbye to multiplayer gaming
if they they gain full access to the PS5 they can essentially do anything a Pc can do, install windows, install steam, install emulators, but more then likely they would go for some sort of hybrid, half playstation and half Pc
