Most likely ps5 will provide the power. Then compressed and sent via WiFi to psvr2.
They would stil need to overcome latency this way too so could be for that.
Wireless mouse on pc hardly any (to all but the best 100 players in eSports comps!) Detectable lag.
They have just this year been able to overcome this with audio. And in the professional world too with audio interfaces sending over hundreds of meters of cable with effects in real time is now possible. (if you pay…)
