Dude… face value… Everton said he did the 10 day EA trial and got a refund after 2 days. Maybe he needs to clarify his comment, but it looks like he just got the trial canceled (unless he bought the game and then after did the trial which makes zero sense).
Also you ended your last comment fully understanding that he bought 2 things that are incompatible. So you understand that as a consumer, they screwed up. Again, this comes down to the consumer being not understanding what they are purchasing.
I get that it’s the cool thing to be all anti big corporation, but then don’t use the service. If you use it and don’t like it, complain to the corporation. Don’t come to some website (that most of the internet ignores because it’s a “Sony fanboy site”) and try to echo chamber nerd rage.
